All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 days assuming item/s are in stock. 

For personalised orders such as custom names, kindly allow an additional 3-5 working days as they are each uniquely crafted by one of our jewellers. 

The packaging of your order includes a unique gift box, in which you will find your jewellery. 

All jewellery from GRAM Collections are made from 18ct Gold, Sterling Silver 925 or Stainless Steel. All Sterling silver & 18ct Gold  jewellery purchased from GRAM Collections is water-resistant and should not tarnish over time.

Our gold plated jewellery is made from Sterling silver 925 or Stainless Steel and plated with 18ct Gold, ensuring the product is of the highest quality. However to ensure that the gold plating does not damage, do not expose the jewelry to water, perfumes, alcohol or any other substances. If exposed to any of the above the gold plating might lose it's shine over time. 

At GRAM Collections we stand behind our product's quality and offer the following to all our customers as a guruantee:

1. Free replacement of items which are defective or have lost their plating due to manufacturing or product defects. This is applicable for the first year after purchase. You can find more information about this here. 
2. A free exchange of an item should you not be satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges can be made within 30 days from delivery of item. You can find more information about this here.
